Step 1. Please visit our products page and select the product you are interested in. Click on the Inquirey basket icon and return to products. Repeat this process until you have selected all the products you are interested in.

Step 2: Click the Contact us button and complete the form. You will see that all the products you have selected are automatically included in the message.

Step 3. You will receive our feedback you within 1-2 work days. If you don't receive our e-mail within 2 work days, please email us direct at info@hotgroup.co.za.

Step 4. If you need samples for testing and evaluation, please pay for your samples and shipping thereof.

Step 5. If you place your order, please send it via e-mail to sales@hotgroup.co.za.

Step 6. On receipt of your order, we will send you a proforma invoice including our bank information etc..

Step 7. When you receive our proforma invoice, please confirm all details again for security reasons. Do the transfer and send us the proof.

Step 8. On receipt of payment, all ordered goods will be dispatched.
